We’re based on the Fulham Road in West London, right upstairs from our sister company Mind Body Spirit Direct

The Mind Body Spirit Festival celebrated its 30th anniversary in London in May 2006. Founded by Graham Wilson in 1977, it remains the largest and longest running event of its kind in the world.

Graham went on to present the Mind Body Spirit Festival in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sydney and Melbourne, and following his retirement in 2001, John Holder set up Mind Body Spirit Ltd to continue the work of the Festival. Sharon Adams, who had worked with Graham since 1996, was appointed MD and is responsible for the day to day running of the company.

The original Mind Body Spirit Festival continues annually in London and Manchester and remains at the forefront of innovation in the world of natural healing and personal growth.
